Denise - Dreimaker ChocolatesMy name is Denise Chin. I have been in love with chocolate since I was a little girl. I came by this honestly. My mom and grandma were well known in my Greek- American community for their cooking. I sat with them for countless hours, watching and learning.

My desire to emulate them–and to eat some chocolate in the bargain– started early. I made my first chocolate desserts when I was eight years old, on my Suzy Homemaker Oven.

Creating chocolate delicacies hasn’t been my only passion. I have spent the last 20 years as a personal trainer, trying to promote the health and fitness of my clients.

This has given me an unusual perspective. I believe that health comes first. Chocolate is known to have real health benefits, and I use  the freshest finest ingredients, with no preservatives or additives.

But in addition to that I believe that each bite should taste so good it inspires you to run that marathon or write that novel .Or just enjoy the day.

As we say in Greek, Kali Orexi !

Michelle - Dreimaker ChocolatesEver since I was a little girl I loved to bake and cook with my Nanny . Growing up I learned to bake – cook all meals with her. Whenever the bananas are over ripe I still have to make banana bread! I have been baking cookies – cakes – for all occasions for last 10 years

When I met Denise she introduced me to a new found love for making homemade Chocolates! Now we have partnered up to create tasty treats for all Holidays and special occasions!!

One Bite and you can taste the Love.
Jenna - Dreimaker ChocolatesDear cake pop lovers,

My name is Jenna and I am a part-time teacher/ part-time cake pop baker for Driemaker Chocolates. Currently, I live in Glen Cove with my family plus two of the cutest Peagles (Pekinese Beagles) in the world. My passion is teaching but my hobby is baking. I have always enjoyed the thrill of putting something tasty and beautiful together that puts a smile on someone’s face. Before cake pops, I would always be the cookie and brownie girl in the family. My aunt made fun of me the year I made 25 different cookies for 25 days of Christmas. Then one day, I attended a Christening and noticed the unique favor on the table. I was instantly intrigued, and I couldn’t wait to experiment. Then BAM . . . a cake pop obsessed teacher was born.

I am so happy you took the time to take a look at our website. We have so much to deliciousness to offer!

Enjoy every bite.

Warmly,
Jenna
